Teachers Salary
The Moonlight School employs nine teachers. Salaries for our teaching staff amount to 180,000 Nepalese rupees per month. While this may seem like a large sum, the Moonlight teacher’s salary is actually quite low compared with government teachers. However, our teachers choose to work at Moonlight School because of its humanitarian mission and goal toward improving the lives of poor children.
We request your donation to continue to pay the salaries of our teaching staff. Donations can be made as a one-off payment, or as a regular monthly or yearly contribution. Please know that funding support for our nine teachers will be a tremendous boost to the continued operation of the Moonlight School and the achievement of our vision and mission.

Stationary
There are currently 105 children at Moonlight School. Children’s stationery costs the school 43,200 Nepalese rupees per month.
Please donate to provide stationery for our students(exercise books, pencils, and other resources). Donations can be made as a one-off payment, or as a regular monthly or yearly contribution.

Lunch for kids
There are currently 105 children at Moonlight School. The cost for daily meals is 54,600 Nepalese rupees per month. We request your funding support to continue to provide children with lunch each day.
We used to provide lunch for our kids at Moonlight School. But due to a lack of funds, we are currently not providing the lunch.
